Nouveau Southern menu offerings ($6-$13 for lunch, $20-$25 for dinner) include a fried oyster salad topped with buttermilk bleu cheese dressing, Southern BBQ pizza, seafood 'Fra Diablo' pasta and pan-seared shrimp served with stone-ground grits and Tasso gravy.
