Three words for you: Dance, dance, dance. Located in trendy Belltown, this house and hip-hop club is the only place you need to be if you're single and lookin' for love. The Downunder, named for the spacious dance floor underground, has remodeled and opened its doors to reveal a new bar and expanded dance floors. The bar is well stocked and offers many specialty beers. If you don't mind getting a little soap in your martini, the foam parties at Downunder offer some of the wettest and wildest club nights downtown. There's a cover charge on the weekends only, but not if you get there before 10PM. The Downunder is open until 4AM on Friday and Saturday, so you can stay out until the wee hours of the morning if you so desire.

THEY STILL AND FAVOUR PEOPLE
Worst experience ever. Last night I notice that there was a long line waiting to get in the Club. My boyfriend and I and some other friends came over, ask the security people how much is gonna cause us to get in. He said you can wait on line or if you wanna go in right away you have to pay me $50.00 and when you walk in you have to pay the cashier $10.00 a piece. So we pay the door man $50.00 and cover charge of $10.00 a piece.
I think this was inceint. My boyfriend and I spend $70.00 just to get in the club. Which is not even worth it, not only that I heard this one girl and a guy arguing with the manager ( I think ) saying that they were standing by the bar for 30minutes and the bartender did not help them, but was helping people behind them.And the manager mentioned that they only serve there favorite people who tip them the most when its 5minutes left for last call. Or by the way last call of alcohol was not even announce by the dj.
I think that this is favourtisem, which some how racist, because this two people that where arguing with the manager were colored skins, I did notice that the bartenders are all cocations and helping out same color race females which was standing behind the people that was arguing with the guy in the white shirt.

BEEN TO DOWNUNDER SEVERAL TIMES YET WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AFTER THE OTHER NIGHT. THE GIRL WORKING AT THE FRONT DOOR WAS SO INCREDIBLY, OUTWARDLY NASTY TO US THAT I ALMOST HIT HER. FUNNY THING, I HAVE NEVER HIT SOMEONE IN MY LIFE! EVEN MORE FUNNY, SHE DOESNT EVEN WORK THERE! SHES ONE OF THE PROMOTERS GIRLFRIENDS! THE ONLY THING I COULD FIGURE IS THAT HER LIFE MUST BE INCREDIBLY MISERABLE AND WORTHLESS FOR HER TO BE SO NASTY. THE CRAZY PART IS...YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY I ALMOST HIT HER? SHE TURNED TO ME AND ASKED, "DO YOU WANT ME TO SLAP YOU?". THE ONLY REASON SHE FELT BIGHEADED WAS THAT SHE HAD ABOUT 6 SECURITY GUYS BY HER, OTHERWISE, LETS BE REAL, HER MOUTH WOULD HAVE STAYED SHUT.
Place to go
This is deffinitly the club to go to when you are in Seattle. It pack with people Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. There are two rooms and so many great DJ. You gotta check it out!

Pretty much the only club in Seattle I will hit up. Nice women and $8 cover on Sat. not bad!! Always have a good-time everytime I go... so many stories from past visits!!
