Many say this is the best spot in the Twin Cities to see stand-up comedy. And with their roster, who could argue? Nationally known comedians like Lewis Black have performed, and other performers come armed with credentials from Comedy Central, the 'Tonight Show,' and various movies and television sitcoms. The location -- a gorgeous brick building in the Warehouse District -- is stunning. The club's interior is kept basic, with seating set up in typical comedy club style: it's crowded with small tables and chairs packed together for maximum seating. Seasoned comedians are on most nights, but for those who like to watch developing talents, there is a weekly open mike night with free admission. This makes for an ideal date spot, too. Break the ice and combine dinner by Sticks Restaurant (the menu ranges from stuffed-wonton appetizers to full steak dinners) with a show.
